Perfect location, clean, fair breakfast, helpful hosts, cozy atmosphere, we cane earlier tobthe property and they let us leave the luggages and when the room was ready they told us, recommended us some restaurants to eat, gave us a bigger room

The room, bed & bathroom were all super large and comfortable. We loved the decoration and the general vibe of the place too, it felt both cosy and chic, super nice. The location is perfectly central, and access was really easy, even by night, thanks to great support and detailed instructions that were sent to us. Definitely recommend this place!

The property was beautiful and literally in the centre of Bologne. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for you. The room was clean comfortable and tastefully decorated. The dinning area was lovely as was breakfast .A delightful boutique hotel with a oodles of character and charm.

It was purely perfectto. Super located in the heart of Bologna, yet cosy and quiet. Rooms equipped in everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful, aesthetic interiors made having super delicious and nourishing breakfasts a double pleasure. Definitely would go back for my next Bologna visit.

Located fantastic, staff was extraordinary, helpful and very very professional, they helped us with everything we need . The room is nice and clean but the bathroom needs some maintenance.

Great Location, very nice staff, they accommodated my request for a late check in and gave me the possibility to have a call in the hall, as internet was not functioning in my room. Much appreciated the possibility to have free snacks and coffee during the whole day. Staff very kind and available.
